The Health Research and Educational Trust and the National Patient Safety Foundation, in partnership with Health Forum, the American Organization of Nurse Executives, the American Society for Healthcare Risk Management, the Society of Hospital Medicine, and the American Hospital Association, are now accepting applications for the Patient Safety Leadership Fellowship.
