First, I want to share a tidbit from IHI's 19th National Forum, held last week in Orlando. IHI offered an inspiring array of top-notch educational opportunities, this year to 6,800 attendees. Visit www.ihi.org/ihi for audio and video clips, plus handouts of most sessions. Below, you'll find a link to a 2-minute YouTube video that Don Berwick, MD, president of IHI, introduced at the very end of the Forum, sending everyone home on a sweet, high note. Stick with it — it takes a little patience to watch — and keep in mind that (1) Fenway Park (home of the World Champion Boston Red Sox!) always sells out to more than 35,000 fans, and (2) the theme of the Forum was "The Energy of Many."
