Tulsa, OK, July 20, 2007 — Bed-Check Corporation (Tulsa, OK) has been purchased by Senior Technologies, a business unit of Stanley® Security Solutions, Inc. (Indianapolis, IN), which is a division of The Stanley Works This acquisition was completed on June 8, 2007.
