CA to Resell Carefx Fusion with ID and Access Management
CA announced that it has entered into an agreement to resell Fusion from Carefx with CA's identity and access management (IAM) solution to help reduce costs and improve the quality of patient care by significantly decreasing the time it takes clinicians to access critical data.
CA's Identity and Access Management solution is comprised of single sign-on, identity administration, user provisioning, user directory, identity federation, and Web services security. This suite provides customers with the industry's most complete and integrated identity and access management capabilities, enabling them to securely manage the broadest range of IT resources — including mainframe, distributed, Internet and mobile infrastructures.
Fusion from CarefxTM provides unified access to relevant patient information currently being stored in disparate clinical applications and centrally monitors and reports on patient record access across all applications. This combination provides healthcare professionals with easy and efficient access to patient information while ensuring they have the tools to help meet HIPAA privacy and security mandates.
