2006 Accreditation Manager
Plus Software

Joint Commission Resources (JCR) announced the release of its 2006 Accreditation Manager Plus (AMP) software. JCR is an affiliate of Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. The 2006 AMP offers an electronic version of the Joint Commission's Comprehensive Accreditation Manual, its Periodic Performance Review (PPR) software, project management software, and detailed examples of standards compliance at the Element of Performance level. The electronic manual includes a search engine, and the project management software helps organizations assign compliance tasks to staff, track their progress, and track the progress of PPR Plan of Action and Measure of Success submissions. JCR provides free product updates to the 2006 AMP throughout the year to keep customers current with the latest Joint Commission standards revisions.
The 2006 AMP supports the Joint Commission's Ambulatory Care, Behavioral Health Care, Home Care, Hospital, Laboratory and Long Term Care accreditation programs. To download a demonstration copy, go to http://www.jcrinc.com/amp.
The 2006 AMP is available in four installation configurations:
PC: Installs on one designated individual PC.
Network: Installs on individual PCs, but allows multiple, simultaneous users to access a single database to view and share data.
Web-based:
Intranet: Installs on an organization's intranet, allowing multiple, simultaneous users password-protected Web browser-based access from any computer on the network.
Extranet: No software to install or maintain; multiple, simultaneous users have 24-hour access via a secure website managed and supported by JCR.
